Cancellation Policy for Individual Bookings We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To maintain fairness and ensure availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies to all individual bookings: 1.) Cancellations made within 24 hours or less of your scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the service total. 2.) This fee will be automatically charged to the payment method on file or must be paid before future bookings are accepted. 3.) Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty or refunded upon request. 4.) No-shows (failure to arrive without prior notice) will also be charged 100% of the service fee. 5.) Cancellations and reschedules can be managed directly through your online account by logging in at www.bnwmobile.com. 6.) You may also contact us at brandnewwaveva@gmail.com or reply directly to your booking confirmation email for assistance. This policy ensures fairness and respect for both our clients and barbers, as last-minute cancellations directly impact scheduling and availability for others.
